Revolve DC, Facilitation Training Series (Virtual)

This program is part of a 4-session facilitation training series for Teach for American alumni of the Schusterman Foundation Revolve program. Resetting the Table will build participating educators’ capacity to facilitate charged conversations across political differences. Participants will be introduced to RTT’s framework for supporting participants to achieve mutual receptivity while investigating their differences directly. They will learn and practice four foundational skills for opening difficult, important conversations in their classrooms and networks, accompanied by live coaching. Participants will also model dialogue across differences with one another.
