Rachel Milner Gillers is Director of the Georgetown Baker Negotiation Network and Adjunct Professor of Negotiation and Mediation at Georgetown's Law Center and McCourt School of Public Policy. She has facilitated multi- stakeholder decision-making processes and delivered negotiation, mediation, and conflict management workshops for government, industry and non-profit clients worldwide. Rachel specializes in international development, commercial negotiation, and women and negotiation. A native of the Washington, D.C. area, Rachel has lived in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East.
