Greater DC Cohort
Ari has dedicated her career to fostering relationships between people(s) to build vibrant, accessible and inclusive communities. She is currently serving as a Senior Philanthropic Officer, Women's Philanthropy at The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Prior to her move to the Washington DC area, Ari’s work focused on communal capacity-building, most recently at Big Sister Association of Greater Boston. Before that role, she worked at Encounter Programs where she was responsible for designing and implementing programming that focused on the intersection between the Jewish community, Jewish identity, and the manner in which the North American Jewish community engages with Israel. Ari holds a master’s degree in Coexistence and Conflict Transformation from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and bachelors’ degrees from Columbia University and The Jewish Theological Seminary.
