Greater LA Cohort
A former civil litigator, Caroline Kelly serves as a consultant to the Department of Mental Health in strategic reorganization, a volunteer mediator for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, and a facilitator with Days of Dialogue. As a teacher of peer mediation for the Institute for Non-Violence, she teaches mediation and communication skills to elementary school students in Title 1 schools. Caroline recently served as Campaign Manager for a Superior Court judge and has served as a Chair and Board member for numerous non-profits over two decades, planning major events and conferences and presiding over many committees, commissions and governance councils. Caroline holds a JD from UCLA Law School, a BA in communications theory from University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of the executive coaching program through Center for Non-Profit Management.
