Our Team

Ruthie brings to Resetting the Table a lifelong passion for writing, creative communication, and telling stories to help people connect to their shared humanity. This belief has steered all of Ruthie’s work to date. Prior to joining Resetting the Table, Ruthie launched and ran Jiri Creative, a writing and strategic communications business helping non-profits and social enterprises succeed through compelling storytelling. She previously served as a Grant Writer at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and as the Development Coordinator with Tsofen, a Jewish-Arab workforce integration organization in Israel. Ruthie holds an MA in Public Policy and Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel, and a BA in International Affairs and Political Science from Northeastern University. She lives in Philadelphia with her partner, Josh, and their dog, Tenzing.


Resetting the Table’s team also includes a roster of 30+ intensively trained facilitators who support small and large group discussions across the country.
