Ariella Goldfein

Chief Growth Officer

Our Team

With more than a decade of experience in grantmaking, fundraising, and storytelling, and a deep personal commitment to fostering authentic and meaningful social connection at every level, Ariella is bringing her passion and expertise to the role of RTT’s inaugural Chief Growth Officer.

Ariella previously worked as a Major Gift Officer at UJA-Federation of New York, serving as lead fundraiser with a team that raised $25 million+ to build a groundbreaking anti-poverty initiative in New York City. Previously, Ariella worked as a Senior Planning Executive and grant-maker at UJA, where she oversaw a committee that served as one of RTT’s first angel investors – seeing the need for transformative engagement across silos and divides as a key ingredient in building a more vital, inclusive, cohesive Jewish community. Ariella also previously served as a strategist at The Additive Agency, a brand consultancy that supports nonprofits and purpose-driven organizations to build enduring brands and achieve lasting impact. She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan and an MA in Modern Jewish Studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary. Ariella lives in Brooklyn with her husband, two daughters and rambunctious dog.
